[Tifa starts to speak, stops, starts again, stops, then starts again and finally sits in silence for a few minutes.]

Okay, this is weird, Zack. First, I get dropped here - wherever here is - and now you're here and you're alive, and Cloud's not here, Vincent's not here and I'm worried sick about the kids, but...Oh! This doesn't make any sense!

[She takes a moment to breeeeathe, calming down a bit.]

Well, however we got here, I'm glad you're...not dead, or alive, or whichever. ...where are you?

Uh... I didn't get very far on my mission to find Cabin A4. Just outside the front desk.

Wait...How did you-- Cloud's not here? I was just with him...before I was here. Did you say kids?

Yeah, Marlene and Denzel. Marlene's Barret's adopted daughter, and Denzel lives with us now in Edge.

[Tifa laughs.] No, they're not my kids, goodness.

Um, Cloud's delivery service. He started it back up after that business with Kadaj and the remnants. About two years ago or so, I think. ...oh, but you haven't been around, you wouldn't know...

But how handy would that be? Taking an elevator to Heaven? That'd be neat. And you could always stop half way and hold up the others.

But holding up the line could give them a chance to think stuff through. Y'know?
